:aimeeyork :aimeeyork :aimeeyork here in Texas aswell & ALL my 3 Yorkies have done today is SLEEP,, lazy lazy lazy day,, i think its just the weather doing it to em!!! Hoping the puppy is just fine there,, did he appear injured in any way when he fell?? sure hope for a good update soon here!

HE'S FINE. Thank the Lord. He was sleeping on and off yesturday and then last night he woke up growling and terrorizing the cat again, so I suppose he is fine. When he fell he whimpered but I think only because I was :eek: yelling at my boyfriend for not watching him since he is the one who was SUPPOSED to be babysitting. HE'S FIRED FOR SURE!!!!! I was just so wooried because they are so fragile. Thank you guys so much for your posts and concerns. They are greatly appreciated.

I am glad he is fine, and not to scare you, but make you aware.. I had a yorkie that fell off the bed in the night. We found her dead in the morning. Had a post mortum done on her as we were in disbelief. Apparently she punctured her left lung when she fell, the vet said she bled out in 10 minutes and had I see it happen, I would not have gotten her to the vets in time..I learned a very hard lesson that day...

Im sorry to hear that. He does not sleep with me but does lay with me in the day if im just lounging around, but I know thats scary to think I may roll on him or him fall off the bed without me knowing.

I'm very glad to hear he's okay. :)

Gizmo sleeps with us, but he's almost a year old now. It was several months before I felt comfortable letting him sleep on the bed. He was in a playpen right beside our bed so I could just reach out and comfort him during the night if necessary.

Now, I am so careful to keep from pushing Gizzy off, that I have actually fallen out of bed myself! lol! :rolleyes:
