My dog ate an M&M HELP! My 4 month old Yorkie just ate an M&M. I tried to get him to throw it up, but it was too late. I gave him some food and water to push it down. Will he be OK?! Please Reply!!!! |

How much does he weigh? Was it a dark chocolate m&m or milk chocolate? Peroxide didn't work? Honestly, it is always best to consult the vet but if he is over 2 or 3 pounds and it was milk chocolate he should be fine. If Ellie ate 1 m&m right now I would say, oh well. |
Is everything ok now? Just wanted to check in for an update! |
He should be ok. At 5 months my little Terror got into a box and ate silica gel (Do Not Eat Packages.) She had poop problems and was very thirsty for a few days but was ok. |
I would call the vet just to be on the safe side. Here is a link that helped me out when Riley got into chocolate. It also has other helpful info on there. http://kitchen.robbiehaf.com/PetHomeRemedies.html |
Pepto works wonders. Thats actually what the doctor told us to give Chloe when she ate the Silica. She also loved it!!! |
