I found it because I was researching yorkies. I already knew I wanted a yorkie, but I wanted to make sure I was informed and prepared before we brought Winnie home. And I happened to stumble on YT! At first I just read the threads to get information, then I decided to actually post, and now I'm addicted!

I also found YT by accident looking for information on "Larger Yorkies".
Even though Buddy has papers and all the right Yorkie parts, I was concerned
because everyone kept telling me he was too big to be a Yorkie!
Thank heavens for YT it put my mind at ease, finally.
Isn't is amazing how we all found this site while looking up different information on Yorkies?

I actually found YT on purpose, was looking for someone, anyone that could answer a question I had about Winston and his seizure problem, sooooo, I joined YT, haven't regretted it for a moment, but still looking for an answer to my first post...I did get some response, but still no definate answer, nor have I been able to find a single other yorkie, with the same or similiar problem. "How can an overweight yorkie, that eats all the time, have hypoglycemia, I still feel like he's having actual seizures, and not hypoglycemia". But I guess, time will tell, I just have to wait and see...:aimeeyork

I found YT. by accident.......after I saw my first Yorkie in person , while visiting the North end of Boston for a Chiropractor's Appt. It was 3 lb. male with the sweetest personality that convinced me in 10 min. that I had to have one ASAP! That was a Thursday afternoon and I had a male Yorkie, shipped to me by Sunday evening for the ridiculous price of $2,950.00 plus $250.00 to ship him from Ft. Lauderdale to Boston! Thank God it was my Birthday otherwise I wouldn't have gotten away with that Temper Tantrum?
So it was after I purchased my own Yorkie and I had to do extensive research to try to figure out the best approach to thouroughly Train him? 4 yrs. ago they weren't all the rage and I couldn't find enough books and magazines on the subject so I searched the Internet for as much information that I could find? And the rest is History! I now have 3, that first male Artie 3 yrs. old and his female Abigail and one of their baby girls that is only 8 months @ 4 lbs.
I did have another female puppy that I gave to my girlfriend as a Gift for no reason, just b/c she wanted one and 1 male puppy w/c I sold to a family that waited a year and a half for him! Unlike others I had decided and planned on breeding my own family......I purchased "Breeding Quality" but they are definetly spoiled rotten and treated as if they were my own kids. I do not Breed for monetary gain but to improve what I already have! I couldn't have done any of it without the added help of fellow YT.'s
I learned alot of things that wasn't in the books, I don't claim to be an expert on them by any means but I am an expert on my own dogs.
It's a relief to know I'm not the only one crazy about them!

I found YT by accident. I was looking for info about biewers and YT came up... and the rest is history

We knew we wanted a yokie but we wanted a girl. Went to see the puppies and Grayson chose us.

However I was showing off grayson, in another forum and low and behold who ever it was said you got to yorkie talk and so I did!

I did a google search the week I got my baby and I found YT!
I am sooooo glad I did!

I came across YT by accident too, I was looking for information on Luxating Patella's and there it was! Im so glad I did as everyone is so nice and extremely helpful.

I googled yorkie forums and YT came up. And I am so glad it did.I just LOVE YT
