Does your yorkie sleep through the night? I've always been curious about this. For those of you that have yorkies over 6 months old, do they sleep through the night? Do they wake you up in the morning? Stomper gets up at 5:30 AM every morning...doesn't matter what day of the week it is! |
Codie (Maltese) and Katie (Yorkie) both sleep through the entire night, safely tucked under the covers in between me and my hubby. When the alarm goes off in the morning, Katie will climb up on Jim's chest and kiss him until he wakes up because she knows it's time for him to get up for work. Codie, on the other hand, could care less if the alarm goes off. He just stays put under the covers and continues to sleep -- he's such a ham! :p |
Laila will stay in bed until whenever I get up. I wake her every morning (although she is in my bed, lol) around 7ish for work and she is never excited about getting up and going outside to tink. On the weekends she will sleep with me till about 11:00, then she may get up and then I will take her to the bathroom. She is just like me!!! An AWESOME LITTLE SLEEPER! |
Gracie gets up once during the night to go outside and piddle. Rebel can't get back on the bed without help and he'll make a lot of noise till you get him up there. But, he sleeps all night...RIGHT up next to me! |
Twinkie (and both my chis) gladly will sleep until I get up - even when I sleep until noon! |

You never know with my girls if they will sleep through the night...Magic normally gets up once to potty but sometimes she will sleep the whole night...but Sailor almost always sleeps the whole night...she is a heavy sleeper and doesn't move until the sun comes up!!! |
I answered yes, But that is only Petey that wakes me up, I can set my alarm by him 5:30am every morning even weekends.. Now Bell she would sleep in all day, and Lilly is folllowing in her moms footprints.. |
I am sooo lucky! The day Katie came home,later that night about 10pm, she went and curled up in her bed I had bought for her (weeks before she came home)! She went to sleep on her own with no sounds untill I woke her up six hours later to make sure she ate something. After she ate... you guessed it! She has slept that well since day one!!! Katie and Me :) |

Im really lucky mine all sleep untill i get up. One sunday I didn't get up till about 2pm and they were still asleep :eek: |

Now Sissy still sleeps in a crate (almost 5 months old) She ONLy wakes me up if she needs to go use her wee wee pad. Not often but sometimes. If Chloe has to go during the night, I do feel her leave my bed and return but it doesn't wake me 100%. Another reason I love their pads:D I put both of mine to night-night on a full belly (I'm not sure if I should but it works here, and they are not overweight like me!:rolleyes: |
