Bully sticks--poll I am so excited! I finally found a great company to buy Bully Sticks! They will be added to my shopping site soon. I would love to hear your input on which ones you use. I want to make sure I stock up with what will sell. These are great quality! * 100% All Natural Product * High in Protein * Low Fat * Free Ranging Cattle * No Feed Lot Product * Chemical Free Product * Hormone Free Product * Steroid Free Product Also, I used to buy the 12 inch and cut them to 6 inches for my furbutts. (sometimes it is cheaper) So, let me know if that would be OK ( i can cut them. I bought shears just for that) I am all about doing what is most cost effective! Vote: Sticks Spiral Braided Circle |
I am glad to hear that someone on YT will be selling more bullies. :D I always buy the 12 inch sticks, but if the spiral ones are a decent price, then we get those too. :) |
Oh good!! We need more good bully suppliers! I didn't vote because I like all the choices, except I've never tried the circle ones. My babies like the spiral ones the best, but I like them the least because they don't last as long. The regular and braided ones are what I buy the most. And I would LOVE it if I could save money by ordering the 12", if you would be willing to cut them for me. Can't wait! :) |
Oh - one question. Will these be from the USA? |

Oops i have another question too...how's the smell? Is it strong? The worst is when you're sitting across the room from your yorkie wondering where the hek is that god awful smell coming from and then realizing its the bullystick! Ugh! :D |
These bully sticks are odor free and not chemically treated. They are drained vertically and then spun dried to remove as much as possible. Any of the bully products that are braided, twisted etc… will have more of an odor because they are wet when shaped. Since they don’t chemically treat the products there is still a slight odor which most competitors call “odor free”. The only way to truly get a completely odor free product is to chemically treat them. (Which I will not buy). The smell of these are not offensive. Most Bully Sticks in petstores come from India and other countries outside of South America in very poor living conditions. These bullys come from South America (Argentina, Brazil) from cattle that are free range--which means, they graze freely on green grass. They are not given hormones or steroids or feed. People ask why not America cattle, and the answer is it is very expensive. (they can't keep enough in stock) Most America cattle is forced to grow at a faster pace, so they are given growth hormones and are fed in feeding lots. So, it is close to impossible for all of us to buy American made bully's. Especially, affordable ones. It is more important (for me) to know I am buying from a safe country that does the process correctly and that is what I have found. The deer antlers, lamb and pig ears that they sell are all US based. (I have not ordered these products yet) |

You are welcome! Just wanted you to know I did my homework before buying. :) They were shipped yesterday and expected to arrive to me Monday. :) |
Bully Sticks Mine have only ever had the sticks (they love 'em !!!). I have no problem cutting down larger ones (it is cheaper). I take a serrated knife and "score" the stick all the way around, then I hold it on the countertop's edge with one hand, give the other end a good whack! and it snaps in two, no problem. Ever since I read that certain countries' pet products can contain cyanide, melamine & only the Lord knows what all else, I have been hyper-viligant about buying MADE IN THE U.S.A. treats only. But it seems that they're getting harder and harder to find every day. I wouldn't have a problem buying bully sticks from a reputable South American source, however, because to me it seems like those folks know about beef and how to process it. I plan on ordering some !!! I know my little critters can't wait !!! P.S. Is this the same member that was selling them before but ran out ? Just curious. I asked her a question about them a couple of months back and she got back to me right away with an answer. |

Anyway, I have been searching for a reputable source for bullys, it took some time but now we have them coming. This is my first time selling them. I know a couple other members do have them and not sure where they come from. Stay tuned, I should have them by Monday and my site is being upgraded this weekend to show everything. :) |

I was shocked when I heard about some of the US cattle!! GROSS!! I am glad to be able to offer them to you all. :) I try to stay as organic/holistic as possible with everything I give my babies or sell to others. It is just safer & I want to have my babies as long as possible! I know you do too! |
