The meet-up will be in San Louis Obispo. I'll be there!!!

A reminder to anyone thinking of going to Jeri Cunningham's Yorkie BBQ on August 23rd, keep that week-end free. ;)

Thats funny. I grew up in San Luis Obispo area. I went to Morro Bay High School and lived in Los Osos all my life. Well, until I grew up and moved away. I have been considering a trip home in August but will have to wait and see. I'll have to check this post again to see what day is decided on. :)

I can't vote yet until I come back from my vacation. I'm leaving this Friday! Yay! I will try to go if it falls on the 3rd, 4th, or 5th. I need to recoop my energy from being away for so long. :D

Ok, I changed my mind :D I voted on the last weekend since its Labor Day holiday on that Monday. Its like a mini vacation! whoo hoo!!!

We can't attend on the 5th week-end since we will still be on vacation, but if it's held then, I just want to say have a great time and take lots of pictures to show us. :)

Where will the meet up actually be held so I can look at hotels? How many days will be meet? Is it for the weekend?

Oh Darn, the 3rd week won. So not sure if we will be staying the night now. I definitely still want to attend.

I think my hubby will be going with me Frankie, so I think we need to get our own room (if we get a room, not sure right now), he needs to come along because I'll need help taking care of my 3 munchkins.

Are we confirming the 16th then? So now, we need a place to meet up.

I'll also want to bring a bunch of my products so you guys can see it. You can see the items now in a catalog format under my website from my signature. ;) If there are any other vendors coming, they should bring their items too! :D

Sloan is making all the arrangments so once she sets everything up and lets me know we will tell all you guys....hehe...you so silly.....slow down turbo.
Dont worry about the room thing I just thought we could save a little money..oh well um lets see im bringing all three of mine too...yay

hahhaha, sorry, I'm on hyper mode right now cause I'm leaving tomorrow and got tons and tons and tons of things to do but yup my aunt was just telling me yesterday how hyper I am and i couldn't understand why? :rolleyes: why oh why I wonder she would say something like that I wouldn't know *runs in circles* whew!

So yup, I guess I didn't realize that the poll hasn't closed yet. Cause when I looked at it I can't vote anymore. Well duh! cause I already voted. Sheesh, I'm such a looney. :D

OH yeah, on a more sadder note. My aunt told me that my grandmother's beloved 19 year old doggie (a mini grey hound) past away 2 days ago! :cry8: I feel so sorry for my grandma, she kept crying to my aunt that she lost her baby. :cry8: :cry8: Its not a very good time because she just moved my grandpa whose turning 99 this month to an elderly care facility, so she's truly alone now. I really want to find her a rescue yorkie, maybe not now but soon. A baby yorkie would be too young and hyper for her. So I am on the hunt for a rescue. If anyone knows anything, please let me know!

My mini Schnauzer has to go to Atascadero for a surgery consult.(cataracts) I will find out tomorrow when they can see her. It would be great if I could combine it with the meet up and bring my 2 Yorkie girls along since I will be going to the central coast. It looks like the BIG meet up is going to be on the east coast, so I hope to attend the Cali one instead!

HI!!! I live in atascadero, which vet are you going to see? If its my vet, he's great and the best in our county (IMO).

The meet-up is looking like the 3rd weekend in Aug. which would be the 16th. I really hope you can make it!!

Actually I was wrong about Atascadero. It is actually Arroyo Grande. Kristine Schmidt at Veterinary Opthomology services? I have tried to find any info on- line. I dont know anything about them besides them being referred by my Vet.
