Thanks. It seems blurry to me still? I'm just using a point and shoot. I don't have a big girl camera yet. They are so $$$$! |
2 Attachment(s) Fun, macro!! I have a 60mm Macro lens...I don't use it much but when I do it's fun. First pic shows some nice bokeh/bokah of Xmas lights. Second one is of leeks, which I thought just looked so pretty w/ their patterns. |
See this is why I need a big girl camera! |

Oh I'm on yorkytalk, I can use the paper clip:D I'll go try. I just have a Panasonic with a 16X Micro lens. We could all try to get an 'ant' this coming summer. We could have an 'ant' contest. Or butterfly or both?? |
Wow! All the pics Posted are amazing! Such detail! I've have never had a fancy camera. There have been times I've toyed with the idea of getting one, as my town offers "enrichment" classes to its residents for a nominal fee, and there are always a few photography courses. But then I remember the difficulty I have navigating the basic features on my point & shoot camera. |
You should give it a try, you wouldn't have to buy an expensive camera but get lots of advise before you buy. Google is always your friend. I like mine because it fits in my purse and still takes pretty good pics. Canon and Nikon are concerned the best for those that are NOT professional and both have a large range of capabilities and prices. My Panasonic was given to me when my friend was getting all new equipment and I love it. Although I took some classes, I don't begin to get the light correctly. Some times all I do is delete. My teacher said it will take 200 shots to get one good one and he is about right. |
