Okay DSLR first time users, any regrets?? I never thought looking for a new DSLR camera could be such a chore, I never gave much thought at all when buying my reg point and shoot cameras:eek: Just wondering for those that just bought their first DSLR camera if you are happy with your decision, or not? And the reason why. I have a couple of days to decide whether to buy this camera while it is at sale price Lens & Shutter I have to make my mind up one way or another, I've always been an indecisive person:rolleyes: |
I have that camera and I love it. It was my first DSLR and I haven't had ay problems with it at all. It hasn't let me down any. Now, I don't even know how to use all the features yet but I bet in just 6 months I have taken probably 10,000 pictures...yes, I love to take pictures.... |
I love mine! |
I like my Nikon D90, & it's probably all the camera I'll ever need. However, if I could do it over I'd have gotten the Nikon D700 instead. At the time I got the D90, I didn't know the difference between FX (full frame) & DX (cropped) formats. I've even returned/exchanged some DX lenses in case I decide to go FX, so I won't need to buy new lenses for it. |
Thanks so much, I guess I will order it, I hope I love it too! I second guess myself to much! |
Hmmm...if I had it to over again...I probably would have not gotten the D40 right away - I would have gone right to the D90 (although...the D90 wasn't available at the time...so at that time, it likely would have been the D80). The D90 now wayyy outshines the D80, imho :). And what's nice for me is that I have no interest in upgrading at all....like I always kind of did when I got my D40 (bc of the lens issue w/ the D40). |
