Finally getting a DSLR camera! Yippee! Well after seeing so many people on here with the great pics and action shots, I finally ordered me a Canon Rebel XS. I can't wait to get it. I am kind of nervous though since I just have a VERY basic, not great camera now. I feel like it may be a little overwhelming. If you have this camera, how do you like it, and how easy was it to learn to use it? |
I don't have this type of camera, but I can tell you are very excited so I just wanted to say...........Congratulations on your new camera! Looking forward to seeing some pictures real soon. Enjoy! |

I have an older version of Canon DSLR, I think mine is an xt version, but I absolutely love my camera, and I think you will too. I can't wait to see some pics! |
3 Attachment(s) Yay!!! I'm glad. :) The reason I love this camera so much... is how easy it is!! I know it can do so much more but it takes amazing pics simply on Auto. :) These were all my very first pics with it... on auto mode, no effort on my part. (the other dogs are ones I dogsit for). |

I can't believe how clear those pics are on auto mode! I have to say, your pics and action shots is the main reason I decided to go ahead and get this camera. :D I love them! |
Congrats! I can just imagine how excited you are. I know I can't wait until I get mine. |
I forgot to mention, you can view some of my pictures at my share site in my siggy, all with my canon. There are some action there too. If you look at the gymnastics pictures, they are all in a gymnasium and they have a no flash rule, so all those are flash free pictures and manual settings. I have a wide range of work there. |
I have a Nikon, but you will love it. I won't even take pics now with my point and shoot. I love the DSLR's. |
