On the subject of kale, which I know I would not have liked as I kid, I am not sure that I am loving these chips. They are OK but I bought about 5 or 6 big bunches, by the time I cut it all off the stem, then tore it up into pieces, then rinsed, then spun, spun, and spun, then blotted, then air dried then seasoned then cooked, checked, tossed it around, cooked, then tossed again. I wound up with about three cups of kale chips:( I think the process lasted several hours for what I could have eaten in one day. LOL I probably could have spent half the time on the tread mill with better results for my thighs :D The jury is still out on if I will bother with all this again:confused: |
