Same here. Or in my grammy's words "you know....just a lillabit of this and a lillabit of that" wtheck grams? ugh... I actually have to go to her house and cook it with her and watch her. She measure with her fingers, hands, and eyes a lot. But when I make it (without her love) it just isn't the same. :(

'hot and spicy'. i use about a tablespoon per pound of chicken. If you want a more medium use less....you can use it for fish and pork as well.

Oh, and in the interest of full disclosure.....I am using skinless chicken thighs (sorry !!) I am trying to eat well and have it taste amazing without a zillion calories :eek:
