Easy Chicken Dinner AWESOME 1 lb of chicken cubed 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup ( or cream of chicken if you hate mushroom) 1 8 oz sour cream 1 can chicken Broth 1 box Chicken Stuffing or use bag. In skillet brown chicken ,spice with salt and pepper to taste in a 9x13 pan pour in chicken, stir in creamed soup and sour cream mix well Mix stuffing with Half the can of chix broth in a bowl pour over top of mixture then use the remaining broth over the top.. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. serve with Cranberry sauce on the side, its SOOO Good and easy to make. |

YUUUUUMMMMM!!!! I made this and it was very good, will be a favorite for sure. The only thing I did different is I added a layer of frozen sweet corn before the stuffing (only because I always have corn with my gravy and stuffing) but it was awesome, and you definitely don't need to make homemade mushroom soup to impress anyone, this was an excellent recipe just as it is.... thank you for sharing! |
