I made some pork chops cooked with stuffing, cream of mushroom soup, onions, thyme, and topped with shredded cheese. I just browned the pork chops on both sides before putting them in the oven, mixed up the cream of mushroom soup, onions, and thyme and poured that on top. Then I added the stuffing, which I had already cooked and topped it with cheese and popped it in the oven for 30 minutes at 350. 'Twas good.:)

shared a rib and tri tip plate with bf from Famous Dave's. Not bad. The corn bread muffin was really good.

Wow! Are you gonna mount the head? My sis and her DH is coming into town next weekend and her DH is an expert marksman in the army. He's gonna give us a lesson on shooting etiquette and tips and stuff.

Nah, not this one. Not big enough :P Decent 4x5 whitetail though. :D You can't see the first two tines length b/c they're dug into the snow but def. decent length. I think he was young, woulda made a real nice trophy someday.

I hit the deer in the vitals, and it exited horizontally through the gut... impressed myself for my first ever big game, so I had to insist on drinks for the occassion.

I'm now enjoying a VEX and some "chiz curls" haha aka asian brand Cheese Puffs.

I had a hot pastrami on rye with swiss cheese and a little mustard with cole slaw. Yummy!!!!!!

Well today being Sunday, we went to the korean market again this morning. They had lobster today for $5.99/lb! We got two small ones. So after I cooked and cleaned them, I presented bf with the tail and claw meat. I had mine plain, he said he likes his with all the butter and sauces :rolleyes: then I say, what do you think? He says, I think I"m going to get a Fatburger. :sidesplt:

So I guess I get a whole one to myself tonight. :D
I'm currently snacking on olives.

We made the crispy potato raja tacos from the recipe I had talked about. They were really good! Made a lot though.

I know Im turkeyed out too but I just had a couple small pieces. It was so good I hated to waste it.
