Food is the ultimate comfort for me too. I like to taste different things going from salty to sweet. I love salty junk food and then end in sinfull chocolate sweetness. :p

Spaghetti, dinner @ school fundraiser: spaghetti, salad tea without sugar-that was interesting overly garliced butter bread.

@ Halloween carnival that followed: popcorn, pickle on a stick (giant pickle on corn dog stick) tootsie roll.

just now: half sandwich salami red onion, cheese, baby spring mix greens, banana peppers, dilly beans & mayo...woke up hungry

Bran cereal with Silk Vanilla and coffee, coffee, coffee. Can't wake up so soon will probably be starting on some Diet Coke. Caffeine is the word of the day.

Slurping down caffeine via Lime Coke and waiting for lunch. After dental surgery, it will be limited for sure. Hasn't been so bad during a weekday eating soft but the weekend meals should be special. Not today! Staying with easy to eat things - plus I have a sore throat and easty swallow food a must. Oh, well. At least I can read and enjoy what all ya'll are enjoying! :)

huitlacoche and two grilled shrimp tacos for lunch and I am still not hungry. Just had a bit of nori. Probably not gonna eat until after I get my costume on. Gotta make some room to get that corset on. ;)

Went to the korean market again. sunday mornings are now market mornings. :) They had sooooo many samples out. Tried so many kinds of kim chi and found a sour one! There was a whole tuna being sashimi'd up and yep, free samples. It was so smooth. Roni, any idea to what kind of tuna this is? It's got yellow fins, does that mean it's yellowfin tuna? I didn't know they did sashimi on that kind. Or could it be toro? It was very smooth and fatty, but toro comes from the belly right? But what kind of tuna?

Also tried some ramen, some pot stickers, asian pears, and chestnuts. Bought some takoyaki (some shrimp and some octopus, I still don't like octopus!) that's the 2nd and 3rd pic.

And we're doing korean short ribs again tonight, with tiger shrimp, and the sour kimchi. $20 worth of food to feed a family of four! And the beef is american style kobe also. :)

All I can say to Captain Noonie is mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I just had more veggie beef soup and lime sherbet with a Wild Cherry Diet Pepsi.

Last I ate was this morning and I had a taco bell bean burrito. Currently heating up a frozen pizza in a toaster oven. SO CAN"T WAIT for our kitchen remodel to be done!!! haha

:leaf:Late night kitchen raid: Some more chicken/rice soup, Fiber One Chocolate Marshmallow bar, 2 bites of a Nutra Grain Blueberry bar and tiny part of a high-protein bar(awful!). No one thing was good enough to eat so just had an eclectic jumble of things one after the other. Phewwgghh! An awful kitchen raid. Oh, well, tomorrow is lunch at Cracker Barrel with one of their new fall:leaf: desserts to wind up the hour. :leaf:

I was in Cracker Barrel and seen some Christmas dogs but no yorkies..you might want to look while you are there..
