Just sneaked another couple bites of Greek yogurt. So thick and rich that's all I needed.

Ohhhhh Jeanie! Greek yogurt....:D LOVE it!!! We have a brand over here called 'Rachels' - organic, thick and creamy....completely, utterly amazing!!!! ;)

The coconut one is like Chicken Korma without the chicken....tiny shards of coconut to chew on while you're waiting for the next mouthful....you could truly eat the whole (enormous!!!! :D) pot all in one go....and I often have....!!!! ;) :D Sally x

Wish I could try that Rachel's Greek yogurt! That sounds delish!

A cold cantaloupe waits slicing up in the refrigerator. Haven't had any for a year.

We rode bikes into a little town and ate at a greasy spoon restaurant. I had a ribeye sandwich and sour cream fries. Both were yummy

I had for lunch . . A burrito from Taco Hombre. It was so yummy. It is a small place in Warwick. So worth it

Cooked up some machacado for dinner. Take half a small white onion and two serrano chiles, dice everything and throw it in a pan at medium heat with some olive oil. After they have cooked for a few minutes add a couple of ounces of shredded beef jerky (you can get it at Mexican markets under the name carne seca), cook everything for a couple of minutes, and then add 4-5 large eggs and scramble with everything. Serve it in flour tortillas to make a south/central Texas breakfast taco classic.

Though if you don't like heat as much maybe go with 1 serrano instead of two (not that it's overly hot or anything with two).

Well since I didn't get lunch bc dh and I got in a tiff after the incident with the dog in the car at chilis. I hadn't eaten all day and I said I am going to stress eat, and Have a 5 guys bacon cheeseburger, now I am having a glass of wine:) lol

More Blueberry Greek Yogurt. Almost thick as cheese, creamy, chilled, very sweet and so good.
