Last night I didn't have my quinoa, I ended up having cucumber and radish with white balsamic vinegar and salt, and two soft boiled eggs. This morning had one more boiled egg, and quinoa, then had half of a Flame Broiler bowl (beef, chicken, steamed veggies, brown rice), with hot sauce and kim chi. About to have the other half in a bit. Doing pretty good so far! Yea me! |
That's what I thought - I ate pig skin!!! Why does eating skin seem creepier? Sounds like your healthy, low-cal eating is going very well. I applaud you! Do you feel deprived at all? |

And no so far my diet has not made me felt deprived...yet. I'm only on day two. and my goal is a short one, in about a week and a half, I gotta fit in this dress for this concert THAT I JUST GOT TIX TO TODAY! YIIII!!!! :D:D:D I finished the rest of my Flame Broiler bowl with some Korean roasted seaweed, and the brown rice really kept me full. I think for dinner I may have the cucumber and radish thing again. Maybe another boiled egg. I love eggs. |
