When you grill your romaine just lightly char it after you cut in halves or quarters then lightly drizzle with either balsalmic glaze or balsalmic dressing. Sometimes I sprinkle with chopped fresh basil Oh my now I am hungry! I also like making homemade pasta too my husband is a dialysis patient so I have to be careful of any and all preservatives (don't have pasta often) I make alot of food from scratch safer and better for him. I also love to make grilled romaine put it on top of quinoa then add a balsalmic chicken breast on top, I tell you I am a balsalmic vinegar freak!:D:D |
