Got left over Chicken or Ham? Got left over Chicken or Ham? Try this Croissant Dinner Roll Recipe:  You need enough (approximately 2C / cubed) of left over chicken or ham to feed four. 1 package Croissant Dinner Roll 2C Chicken or Ham (cubed) 1 block Cream Cheese (softened) 1 I/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese Mix the chicken/ham with both cheeses, blending well. Separate into four equal portions and place aside. Unroll the croissants & separate. Form triangles using two of the portions placing tip to tip and pressing the center together to form on larger triangle. For a total of four. Fill each triangle with a portion of the cheese and meat mixture and bake following the recommended cooking direction on the croissant package. Double the potion if needed. Serve with a side (my fav is Valetta shells and cheese) and a veggie and you have a well balanced meal using left overs. |
That looks good. Thanks for posting. :) |

I need more easy recipes that like. It sounds like something even I could do :) I'm a little challenged in the kitchen. I used to blame it on malfunctioning appliances, then last year I got all new appliances and...well...it's obviously not the appliances :p |
