Looking for Yorkie Breeder Hi, I'm looking for a yorkie breeder in the WA area. Bellevue Eastside area. I had to give my precious puppy Butters away. I'm getting a new place, so now I'm ready to find a new forever baby. Thanks! :aimeeyork :) |
I'm in Northern California and have a female looking for a forever home. |
Try the yorkies for sale, or rescue sites on here. |
NW Breeder I'm in Portland, OR and have a new litter of 6 puppies. Woof!:animal-pa |
I am in North Idaho and have a new litter of 3 - 1 female and 2 males. One male is tiny tiny :aimeeyork |
There is also a Breeder in Kirkland, WA that we have ours from, unfortunatley during our move our paperwork for this breeder got misplaced although we still have his AKC Registry just not a phone number. I can see if I can get the address off the paper work. |

The best choice is YTCA.org since most of show responsible breeders belong to a club. Please, just be careful when you are looking for a yorkie pup in WA area. Unfortunately, many back yard breeders around. I used to communicate with show breeders from YTCA, and they told me that most of them from Olympic Penincula, Snohomish. Also, there are a puppy mills in Snohomish, Tacoma, Sultan, Arlington, Maryswille, etc. Before you chose a breeder please do your homework what responsible breeder is. Just google "back yard breeder vs responsible breeder" Below a few tips: - a good breeder will not sell yorkie earlier that 10 weeks. Run from a breeder who sell a pup at age less that 8 weeks - you MUST see at least one parent. If a breeder doesn't show them, this is big RED FLAG (puppy mill?) - you MUST receive a guarantee. And WITHOUT frase "no money back, only replacement a puppy". Too many sad stories when BYB sell sick puppies and no one pay a vet bills, even if pup died. Just think - do you really want to replace for another defective puppy from a BYB? - PLEASE READ STANDARD. When I was looking for a pup, I was told that yorkie standard is 10-12 pounds. Well, not only idiots around, how she probably thought . There are a few quality of yorkies, and some breeders charge way too much money for a POOR BREED pup (fluffy coat, disproportional body, oversize, etc) - NO such a thing as tea cup or whatever. Those word people love to use as marketing word. There is ONLY one standard: not exceed 7 pounds ! Period. RUN from a breeder who breed too tiny yorkies less that 3 pounds. To review a references on particular breeder, go to http://seattle.citysearch.com/review/37537077 good luck |

Thanks Omichka. Thanks Omichka. Glad someone is sticking up for Reputable Breeders. I'm in Athol, Idaho and I got my yorkie from a reputable breeder. Shows pedigree with champions on the 3 generation pedegree. Now my Seri is pregnant. I do not believe in the Parti Yorkies or the tiny ones either. They are defective in some way. My yorkie pottie broke within 1 week of bringing her home. Of course, she slept with me on my bed and woke me if she needed out. Some people I called didn't even know what a pedigree was! Can you believe that? Too many people breeding just for the $$$$$. Not for the betterment of the breed. Thanks again for sticking up for Reputable Breeders and Not PUPPY MILLS or BACKYARD BREEDERS who know nothing about breeding dogs. |
