We need to find a home for our little girl... 2 Attachment(s) This has been the hardest thing I have done in a long time, but we need to find a forever home nearby for our girl. Bella was born in Longview on Feb. 5, 2006. Super Bowl Sunday. She was the second smallest in the litter. Mom, about 8lbs, is mostly golden and is a yorkie-poo, but looks like a yorkie to me. The Dad, about 7lbs, is a papered yorkie. We brought her home at 10 weeks old. She now weighs a hearty 11 lbs. She is a fawn and light silver color, very light for yorkies. Bella is used to sleeping in her crate, although, sometimes we ?forget? and she climbs in our bed for the night. She is super sweet. She wants to be a lap dog, but if there are kids around, watch out?she gets very excited. She LOVES kids. My nephew who is six likes to dig in the dirt when he comes to visit?Bella will spend hours out there with him. We have a 1 yr old granddaughter who loves Bella, and the feeling is mutual. She will lay her head on Bella and drink her bottle?Bella just lays there and let?s her, she loves it. She is very gentle. Bella is excellent with kids as you can tell. She also loves to go ?bye-bye?. We just keep a leash on her and away she goes. She loves other dogs, no matter what heir size. She has never met a cat, but she is so easy going, I don?t think she would mind them. She is just as happy being the center of attention. She loves to be brushed and babied, too. We haven?t had the time we need to properly train her, although she can sit for a few seconds. She is crate trained and 90% of the time goes potty outside. Bella has all her shots and will come with her veterinary records. She has been micro-chipped thru AVID, so to change her name on the national registry will cost the buyer a one time transfer fee of $18.50. I have yet to have her spayed; she has had her first heat. I have her groomed every six weeks, with weekly baths in between grooming. This breed needs to be groomed every 4-6 weeks to keep them looking their best and to keep them healthy. She needs to be brush daily to keep her hair from matting. I am asking a $500 re-homing fee. We are moving March 1st and cannot take our girl with us. Our new house has a deep revine. We are in the Tacoma area. We have a 8 yr old Yorkie, Rocco (who is 6 lbs) who had his hip displaced, and pins in his knees....I keep him very low key, which is hard to do around Bella. She is so social and playful! She is wonderful with kids and is very friendly with other dogs. Everybody is Bella's friend. If you are interested, please tell me: Do you have a fenced yard? How much time can you spend with Bella? Are you committed to regular grooming? Are you committed to taking her the vet regularly and having yearly vaccines? We will want to see the home that Bella goes to, as well as meet the family. We would love to have a few post-adoption visits at least. I would be thrilled if we could keep in touch. Rocco and Bella really love each other. Bella will come with her crate, toys (squeeky ones...she loves them) and her blankie. If you are interested, please let me know. |
Wow...she's a pretty girl! I wish you luck in finding her a new home. |
look in the regional section. I think there was someone in WA who was looking for a special someone to love. |
She is so sweet! I hope you find a forever home Bella:) . |
My name is Karen and I am the proud mama of a male (neutered) Yorkie that I am totally devoted to. I am seeking a companion for Riley and would love the opportunity to meet Bella. I have a large, fenced-in backyard, walk my guy daily, visit the vet regularly and have him groomed professionally every month with weekly baths in between. Being that they are about the same age and weight, they may be perfect for each other. Although I do work during the day, all my spare time is spent with Riley. I live in Seattle which isn't too far from Tacoma so we could certainly keep you regularly posted on your little girl. Let me know if you are interested in speaking further - I know we would provide Bella a healthy and very happy home. |
What part of Seattle are you in? |
She is gorgeous, im sure someone will snap her up real quick, i know i would if i lived in USA, |
Your little girl is absolutely adorable! I know you will find a good home for her. I would love to adopt her, but unfortunately the timing is not right for me to bring another little fur baby into my home. Good luck! |
