Bunnies! I was training today with another dog-walker on one for her jobs & we stopped by to see a friend of hers. This friend has two adorable bunnies, a mom & daughter duo, that she wants to give away. They have a house full of pets & her son isn't taking care of the bunnies like he promised he would... sound familiar? Anyway, she's overwhelmed and the bunnies need a new forever home. Enter me, animal lover extraordinare! The bunnies come with their big crate & all the supplies/food she currently has. Completely healthy & free. I ran it by my boyfriend but he hasn't answered yet. Hopefully he is all for it because my mind is made up - I want them. So I need bunny names :D So far I have: Delilah, Hannah, Chloe, Gracie, and Hazel... any suggestions? Thanks! |

Update & Second thoughts I've been researching bunny care is it's apparently more involved than I thought... growing up, I saw basic bunny care (through others) as cleaning their cage and giving them food & water. I thought getting them an x-pen to play in everyday would be enough exercise - but after reading up, people spend a lot of time with their bunnies. I'm afraid getting these 2 would take my time away from Raja and the 2 cats... granted they never get let out of their cage in their current home, so being with me would be a small improvement - but I would always think "am I giving them all the time they deserve...?" So should I let the woman continue to look for a new home or should I take them and give them a slightly better life? I'm torn  |
