Juliet is pregnant!!!!! I'm so excited Juliet (my blk/tn champion bloodlined cocker spaniel) is pregnat! She was bred to a chocolate and tan cocker. I'm hoping she carries the chocolate gene. If she does we will get choc/tn, blk/tn, possiably buff puppies. We will also possiably have parti cockers because both carry the parti gene! She is due Feb. 20th! |
congrats !! u should post some pics of her !! |

She is gorgeous!!! Congrats on the upcoming litter!!! Cocker puppies are the cutest!! I want another cocker sooo bad. I really really want a parti cocker. Aren't cockers great!! I will probably always have a cocker. Just curious, does she have that natural show coat?? I heard some are born with the nice show coat and others are born with the hair always being curly. Peppi's is very curly and the groomer said she would have to strip it to get it straight and long. |
She was born with that beautiful natural show coat. She comes from a long line of Champion show cockers. She even has international champs in her pedigree. Actually her grandfather is an international champ. She will produce some parti's in this litter. (Well, they'll all be tri's because she has tan pts and so does the father of the litter.) If she carries the chocolate gene then we'll have chocolate/white parti's and we will have blk/wh parti's. We might even get some red/white parti's. I am hoping for a choc/tn female to keep out of this litter. I am so very excited about it. The father of this litter isn't mine so I was very excited when the owner of him agreed to keep Juliet and let Charlie breed her. I just can't wait for puppies now!!!!:) |
congrats, shes gorgeous. |
She's beautiful, Congratulations |
What a beautiful furbaby you have stacie! I love the picture with the snow face! |
Wahoo!! With all the gang being sick from the bad food, is she doing ok? |
She hasn't touched the dry kibble in weeks!!!! She's been eating canned food and cottage cheese. I'm taking her to the vet Monday morning for a checkup. We're doing an ultra sound too just to make sure we have little beating hearts in there! I'm so excited about her being pregnant. I've waited a long time to bred her to the male I chose for her. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it!!!! |
Congratulations on your upcoming litter. I had a beautiful parti named Chelsea. We bred her twice, both times to solid black studs. Her first litter she threw one tan and white, one solid black and the rest were black and white w/tan points. Her second litter she threw all black a couple had the tan points. I miss her, she was like my shadow, followed me everywhere. She's been gone almost a year now. |
She is a very pretty girl! Good luck and can't wait to see pictures! Keep us all updated! We had a cocker when I was growing up - we loved that girl and have missed her dearly!!! |
UPDATE ON Juliet!!!! I took Juliet to the vet today for a checkup and sonogram. She is in great health and we saw 5 puppies in the sonogram! I'm so excited I can barley wait for them to be born. She is due in 30 days! The vet said the sonogram was not acurate count of pups that she may be expecting more than 5 but we do know that we have 5! |
