Everyone with Chihuahua!! does your chi like to sleep alot ? |
YES! Haha! I recently got a long hair chi puppy, she's 15 week old, named Bella and she'll run herself raggid for an hour or so and then plop down and sleep for about 4-5 hours give or take. She's a cute little chubby thing. |

She looks exactly the same just fatter, haha, but I've got to get some updated pics of her. She looks a little messy in the second pic, she was romping in the grass. |

My chihuahua sleeps all day(especially in the sun) but she's also 8 years old. OMG, does she hate kids. I have to put her away whenever a kid comes over(no one ever hurt her, she just dislikes them). I used to have a long haired chihuahua(she lived to 15) and she was much better with children. She did nip once or twice. I think it's because they're small they just think they'll get hurt. After two though, I honestly would never own another one for many reasons(shedding, nipping, very much a one person only dog too much to the extreme, and so on) |
my chi Sweet Pea will sleep all day if you let her...she loves to snuggle under my blankets esp. in the winter when i have my electric blanket on. but i have the other two doggies and they wake her up all the time to play. |
I was beginning to think there was something wrong with my chi Buffy, she sleep ALL the time. She is going to be 5 in January so I thought it was her age, guess not. She would love to be burrowed in a blanket with me all day if I would let her. Wish I had the time to be in a blankie all day! I had always heard, "Don't get a chihuahua they are yappy and snappy", not true. She is the best behaved and trained of all of my dogs. She is on my lap as I type, ASLEEP of course... |

Chihuahuas My daughter's chihuahua likes to sleep plenty. His favorite spot is near the sliding glass door where he sleeps in the sunlight. They are cold natured little furbabies. Teri:animal-pa |
My Valentine sits in my recliner and covers up until I'm sit down and then she is on my lap, when my son comes home from school she follows him around. My son is 16 Valentine is 14 human years :D :D |
