Here's lucy my cocker
 

I thought I"d share a couple pics of my other baby. She is probably the rottenest dog i've ever run across but she is mine and I love her a 100%. My husband thinks she's out to get him lol..good doggie..Now how could he not think she is sweet just look at her lol

How pretty I love that color, My BF has a black one named Chloe.

She IS pretty ! How could she be rotten - lol - I have a cocker Tessa...she is really a dreamgirl - my yorkies adore her and she tolerates SO much from them - they're constantly tag-teaming her and she makes these hilarious monster noises - but has never snapped or been upset - she finally gives up and lets them jump all over her like Mexican Jumping Beans.....

Lucy is a pretty girl - I just love cockers - there is nothing cuter than little Cocker babies !

She's so pretty. I just love cocker spaniels. I had one a long time ago, but he turned very mean even as a puppy. We decided to keep him about 8 months just to see if it was a puppy stage,but it only got worse, so we had to give him to a rescue to see if they could do anything for him. We found out later that the people we bought him from were inbreeding alot and we think that might have had something to do with his personality. This was of course before we learned what we know now on how to go about buying a dog and how to tell a good breeder from a bad one. He didnt have papers should have been our first clue, but we didnt think they were important cause all we wanted was a pet.

Well I have to say I think she is perfect. But if I were to tell you what my husband would say it would go something like this..she is mean to him lol..she doesn't like him at all. She thinks i'm all hers and doesn't like to share me with him..and she does tend to bark at him EVERY time she sees him..even if he's coming out of the bathroom. She likes the kids but for the most part just loves me lol..she loves playing with the kids and has never growled at them but she has hubby..can't blame her for that lol..she LOVES the other dogs..i mean loves them..and she was so gentle with the puppies. She doesn't like the horses though. She barks at them too lol..she does tend to get into everything but u can't blame her for being curious now can you lol..I am totally in love with her. She sleeps with me..if i go to the bathroom she has to go..she lays on the floor and waits til i'm done showering and all..she lays at my feet when i do dishes..she mean so much to me..
My childhood dog was a male black cocker and we loved him to pieces. We lived in the country and he had never wondered and one night he chose to and was hit by a car. My dad had let him out to use the bathroom and it happened..that was the first time I ever seen my dad cry. I've only seen him cry probably 4 times in my life and that was one of them. We all took it so hard. So lucy is extra special to me due to her breed but more so cause I love her for being so dang rotten and sweet lol..

Kitty..aww they are so adorable. I too love cocker's..It's nice to see pics of others. I'll have to get a full body shot of her to show you all..it may be hard to get her one standing still though lol..she is either sleeping or going full force lol..She is just as playful as she is loving..can you tell i'm hooked on her lol..

I am also a cocker fan. The two breeds I will always have are cockers and yorkies. I have a black and tan cocker, I really want another one, although I were to get another one I would get a tricolored one, there colors and markings are so beautiful. This is my Peppi.

Lucy is almost 7 months so she still has some growing to do and is still quite the puppy considering she is one lol..
If I were to get another one I'd get a solid black one. That was the color of my childhood cocker. He was so pretty. My dad named him shannon. So if i WERE to ever get another one thats the color i'd go with..But it'd take an awful lot of convincin where my hubby was concerned lol...
But right now I have plenty to focus on and love so i'm happy..
