SeRi's first "outing"

Last 2/26 was a big day for SeRi. It was her first time to meet the VET (check up) so I wanted to make a great impression for that first meeting . SeRi did well and got the thumbs up but she was not happy being poked . . And after the vet visit, we headed to her Papa's workplace as everyone has been dying to meet her (yeah he has been sharing pictures of her to everyone even before she arrived) and it just so happens they were having a potluck for lunch so everyone was there . . .

The only bow that fits SeRi at the moment is from a gift given by her breeder (I need more practice with those bands ) and since I have not really had a chance to make her anything yet, I just pulled a vest harness from my gofetch stock to match the bow (thank goodness there was one ) . . I think it all worked out as she ended being sooo pretty in her new ensemble (okay maybe I am a little bit biased). She definitely was a big hit at the potluck with everyone wanting to carry her . . .Here are some candid shots at home before we headed out and as you can see from the last pic, she got worn down with everyone trying to carry her . . . ENJOY!

awwww Des, Thanks so much for sharing more of her with us. What a gorgeous little fluff ball she is!:D I can tell how excited her new Mommie & Daddie are. Have FUN with SeRi!!

yes she is indeed so fluffy that you wouldn't think she has a tiny frame underneath all tha coat . .but she DOES :) . .We definitely are happy with this new addition to our family :thumbup:

hi Bonny, yes it is very, very soft, BUT cottony in feel, not like Annika's who has soft and silky hair. Because of her type, I have to brush her daily to ensure she does not matt. It should get better though as she gets older as I remember Annika had matting too when she was growing up :)

Glad everything went well at her vet check, and you know this little gal is going to steal a few hearts, that face of hers is so adorable, such beautiful eyes!

She is so cute! love the contrast of the dark eyes & nose the the whiter than white hair. like a polar bear! My dad's Maltese has wavy hair. he keeps it short. Thanks for sharing, keep it up! :D Donna

thank you guys for all your wondeful compliments . . . she definitely has won our hearts that's for sure . .I think I won't mind another one if only hubby lets me especially if they are already potty trained :D

If you want your next puppy potty trained, make sure you get your next one from Nigeria and preferably raised by missionaries. They are all potty trained by 8 weeks! :D

really? well SeRi is already potty trained so I am so happy my breeder trained her well . . .she just started sleeping with us since last friday and she sleeps all through the night . . .she wakes up at my alarm and that's when she needs to go hahahaha . .so I can only snooze for about twice and then I need to get up and take her . .and sure thing she does both and then off we go back to bed for another 30 minute sleep :D

She is adorable!!!! I have been looking for a future companion for my Raley....haven't been able to decide between maltese or shih tzu. As pretty as your baby girl is, I may have made up my mind!!

I look forward to seeing more pictures of her as she grows!
