Tessa my Clueless Cocker Spaniel 2 Attachment(s) She KISSES Like a PRO ..She's the sweetest Girl and she is Chanel and Cheri's big toad hunting sister - Anyone who thinks cockers have issues haven't had a Tessa - she's a total DOLL and my first baby ever. Just wanted to share her in a few pics cause she never gets AIR time....the 2nd pic was last year - I really need to take more of her...she's so black sometimes she looks like an ink spot in pictures. |
She is beautiful. I love cockers. I used to have a blond male named Milo. I was visiting friends and I saw him at there house. He had gotten into insulation and lost a lot of his hair. I wanted him so bad because I can't stand to see an animal in poor condition. They let me take him and he proved to have a big personality. He kept us laughing. We got his hair coming in nice and he was doing really well and then someone stole him. I searched for days for him. We knocked on doors and everything with no luck. I still miss him he was a great dog. I bet your Tessa gives you the same joy Milo gave me. I will have to show her to my mom. She has always wanted a black Cocker. |

Here's are my 2 Rainbow Bridge Step-doggies Princess...left and Lady (who we just lost 2 years ago) on the right - with Tessa in the middle - this was her FIRST Birthday - they wore the hats for almost 20 minutes !! Cockers are awesome ~ I taught Tesse to jump straight up in the air and kiss me right on the lips ! She'll do it ten times in a row if I say "High-Five Tessa" ! I cannot believe this pic is 8 years old ! |
Villette all of your babies are so beautiful. Tessa is so cute. I love that she gives great kisses! The picture of your three cocker babies is so cute! 20 minutes is a long time in doggy time! |

At 8 & 10 pm... ALL THREE are then ready for me at to let them out the sliding door - ALL Three try to SQUEEZE thru the door at the SAME time before the door is all the way open - (VERY funny to see) :D USUALLY there is a toad sitting RIGHT THERE - In her rush to get out -Tessa always goes right PAST the toad....The three of them immediately start walking in circles all bumping into each all looking for the toads - (hilarious) while I'm scooping up the one they missed - THAT toad goes over the fence Still hunting ....Chanel and Cheri ALWAYS find one - but Tessa NEVER finds any and she's the one who started the Big Toad Hunting Nightly Ritual. She is CLUELESS but keeps on trying ! |

My father-in-law died this past November from an accident. My mother-in-law bought a Cocker soon after and named her Holly... ;) She told Uncle Neil...that afternoon about the new puppy she had bought and named her Holly................. He hesitated..and said.."Phyllis..I just came from Earl's grave and there was the nicest lady there placing "Holly" on top of it for me~ We know that she is a gift from above... She, like Tessa is dark..but a chocolate~ And the Best Company for my mother-in-law...Dogs do help hearts heal... Loved seeing her..and thinking of the cocker in our lives too~ |
Villette, could you ever have a dog that wasn't beautiful?? Tessa is awesome, a little toad-obsessed, but who hasn't been at sometime in their life. Tessa honey, I've dated a few toads myself!! |
Tessa is so adorable...I love cockers and want to eventually get one later on...I have heard they are great with children and other dogs... It looks like all your girls take after on another...they are just so precious!!! |
