I love this. This is great. Recon and memphis will have thier own little area for me to brag about them.


I think I have said this all before but I will give some details again about Recon. He is a little over a year old. Born March 8th, 2004. He is a Black lab, English springer spaniel mix. He is about 88 pounds and FULL of luvin. He is a wonderful dog. A little too smart for his own good sometimes but I love him dearly. He is everything and more than I could ask for in a dog.

Here are a few pics of him. I think ya'll have already seen these though.

I have to scan some in. He was a precious pup. I will scan at least one for now and do more when I get some more time.


Here you go. Recon is the one on the right. His brother moose is the black and white one on the left. Here is also my last years x-mas card photo and some of recon and moose all grown up.

I must have missed the thread.

I think I read somewhere that it was ants, not a spider. How long did it take for the swelling to go down? Did you give him anything for it or did it go down on its own?

It took about 2 days for his face to return to normal and that was with giving him benadryl.

I love Recon - I can just TELL by the way you talk about him and his face that he is full time fun wrapped up in black and white

recon is protective of everything until you get within petting range and then he just wants attention. he is a real sweetheart. very much a comic. always making you laugh. the only thing that he is very protective over is my jeep. he doesn't like when you look at him, talk to him or try to touch the jeep when he is in it. But that is it. LOl
