Im sitting here thinking of something interesting to type and Im blank. Why am I so tired?? Ughh dont feel like getting up at 5 in the morning to be at work by 7 but I love getting done at 3 pm then I have the rest of the day to myself.

i love birthday cake ice cream and the M&M ice cream sandwiches... I buy 4 boxs of M&M sandwiches and 2 half gallons of Birthday cake ice cream for the month..... I would think it would last but My brothers eat everything that is sweet in the house at one time......

i have 2 red ear sliders (turtles).. they are about 2 1/2 and 2 years old.. They are about an inch and an inch and a half..... They don't like me.....

i also have a fish... He is a beta and i got him on new years at walmart.... I'm surprise he lasted this long! I always thought fishes die early. I guess i still have to change is tank 2xs a week.... I don't think he likes me also

My random thoughts for the day thanks to my cranky husband who is working night shift and did not get the weekend off.( nice pay check this week;) more shopping for me!)

#1. My husband said that I was very vain almost to a point of Narcissism:confused: . I asked him why he would say that and he said that every time he say's someone is pretty, I will say that I am much more beautiful then she is because I know I am not ugly! and He thinks that I believe it myself!! Come on like I know that some stars are very beautiful!! So I went to look up what it is to be Narcissist. I do not have all the problems that fit the definition and even if I did what is so wrong with thinking you are good looking or a good person who deserves things?It's not really hurting anyone to think that way, they push for people to have a good self esteem right? If others do not agree that you are all it ,then good for them, they are intitled to their own opinion! I just don't see the big deal. Sorry to any one who has this for real I am not putting you down in no way. Nor am I making fun of mental illness. I just am having trouble with why my husband thinks I have the problem!

#2 You know the saying to have one's cake and eat it too.......well why could you not? Did you eat a piece or the whole darn thing? Because you can still have the cake if you just took a slice and ate it!! I really do not like that saying at all. And for some reason My husband has used this on our kids a few time and our ten year old was a bit confused, I don't blam the poor boy!

Ok, so I was running errands on my lunch break and wanted to stop and get Quiznos on the way back. I know there is one right by my job, but I couldn't find it for my life! i was driving around in circles. I saw 4 McDonalds but no Quiznos. What kind of a world do we live in that a person could find 4 McDonalds and not one place that have a chicken salad???? LOL

I was awake late last night too. Between posting on YT and making toys before I knew it.

And tonight I won't be going to bed til late, because Cane is on tonight! And I have to make blankets tonight and post in the for sale thread. But I've been so busy I haven't getten a chance yet.

I forgot to say that I'm sleepy, bored at work (I should have brought my material to work and I could be doing something right now instead of just sitting here) And I'm still sad that I didn't get my salad :(

I really don't follow a recipe :) I just use canned, diced tomatoes, onions, garlic, and a few roma tomatoes and take my hand mixer and chop them all up together really good. then i chop up some cilantro and jalepeno's, run some boiling water over them in a strainer, then mix those in with my previous mixture, then I add a can of ro-tel to the mix just to give it extra kick :)

i have no idea how much of any of this to use. I start with the can of tomatoes and add the other stuff until it looks good. I usually end up with about 10 jars of salsa LOL because I make it too spicy and have to add more tomatoes LOL

but it is DARN good :)

That's a good idea :) I've been meaning to make my own salsa (I have a nice little chopping machine that I never use), haven't gotten around to getting a recipe. I'm gonna borrow yours if you don't mind. It seems simple enough for me to handle :rolleyes:
