Weelll...I pretend I have time, start seven projects and leave them half finished for years! So, lol- you are not missing out on my obsession with wasting time and money for a drawer full of lost moments! I very much prefer fine dining but eating out period is my favorite thing to do! Oh I love a good cappucino! I feel a little bratty but I guess I don't order them often because as an ex barista myself, I find myself regularly dissatisfied with other baristas interpretation of what that drink is ;) oh how stuck up that sounds! Lol I would have to pick a fudge sundae but honestly, I'm a chicken fried steak kinda gal and would pick that over either :) Wdyp: mashed potatoes or baked potatoes? |
Not stuck up at all, you want what you enjoy the most, I do with out if I can't get what satisfy's me. I am addicted to wawa cappuccino lol, a dash of 1/2 and 1/2 cream, a dash of french vanilla, then fill up container with original cappuccino. A gourmet cappuccino drinker I am not lol. Just like what I like lol. hummmmm I really love both, but have to go with mashed. WDYP...going out to a movie theater or staying home with a good DVD movie. |
Ooh...these are always so conditional! :) I would prefer to go out to the movies, I love going out- the whole experience, the room getting dark and their excellent sound system...I bet my answers to wdyp will change drastically when my children are older but I must accep now that their youth will influence my answers dramatically. I hear ya on the going out, I love the sound systems of the theater, but not of the ppl sitting next to me or behind me, so don't go to the movies very much. Ice tea fruit pie WDYP water skiing or snow skiing. |
Water skiing- because I used to do it and was relatively good at it. That said- I hve never been snow skiing but think I would love it! I am not a super sporty person really- books, knitting, coffee ya know? But I love the snow and colder weather suits me better. I will hve to try that- some year when thesnow pack is not dangerously low and we are having weird spells of almost seventy degree weather throughout February! Wdyp: fruit pie or meat pie? |

Definitely not trying to complain, I need to hang out in minnesota for a month to gain a healthy perspective and I know it :) back to rain today but still nearly fifty degrees. I love a real and proper book, dearly. I am allergic to dust, I know everything is going digital but I love ink and paper and bookstores and illustrations and thumbing through the pages and holding my book. Reading on a digital device feels like unsatisfying sex or diet food and leaves me unfulfilled- lol, okay maybe too far but I just can't get with the times on this one yet. Oh and meat pie- yes meat, yum- have made sausage apple pies lately and am in love with this combination of flavors! Wdyp: pansies or violas? |
I am right there with you on hard cover books, I change with the times, but, Kindle!!!! not ready for that, besides I have a ton of books my Aunt gave me still not read, my cousin swears by her kindle, she loves it lol. I am on a sausage kick lol, maybe if you have time you can share your sausage and apple recipe that sounds like out of this world delicious. Minnesota, iyiyi, frigid temps. I just made the recipe up, lol :) I have tried it with sliced chicken apple sausages which was a sweeter outcome (I would encourage cinnamon and brown sugar) and with ground sausage (I would encourage rosemary and thyme) which was more savory both must have butter sautéed onions and lots of garlic! Yum.... I like them both too but violas steal my heart :love: although I do enjoy the ritual of planting annuals an their fleeting bursts of color and joy, I prefer a perennial that I can depend on year after year and look forward to and build a (okay this sounds stupid but..) long term emotional relationship with. The consistency and rythym warms me like an annual fling never could :daisy: Wdyp: tulips or daffodils? |
I also like dependable perennials, but love,love,love the different vibrant colors of annuals like Petunias and Gerber Daisey's. BTW I googled sausage N apples pie. tulips or daffodils, iyiyi, I LOVE both, but I have to go with Daffodils. WDYP....music with lyrics or instrumental music |
I adore gerber daisies :daisy: daffodils are precious but tulips are my choice- have you seen the fringed varieties? Double Angelique tulips are planted in my garden...a ivory giants and wine colors and black tulips...ah yes I love them... Your music question is immensely challenging, more so than any other I have answered. I will have to say with lyrics because I love to sing along and sing all the time anyway and the lyrics are what create moving stories and emotions for me to connect with. However, because I can't help but hear the lyrics it can be overwhelming, disgusting, frustrating ad destroy a song for me. I truly love classical music, violins and cellos especially draw me in, I love ballet music, classical guitar (not so much the flamenco style though, which is often the highlighted expression) even some crazy flow techy stuff with no lyrics and it frees me up to enjoy the beat without getting tangled up in the words like I do. Agh, music! What a tough one! How about you? Wdyp: milk chocolate or dark chocolate? |
I prefer instrumental music so I don't get caught up in the lyrics lol. Fringed tulips are beautiful, black are awesome. I am a lover of all flowers, so hard select one over the other lol. Definitely milk chocolate WDYP....Touch dancing (exp. foxtrot) or free style dancing. |

That's all I have here are deciduous tress, oaks 150 tall, Maple, Poplar, Birch all make a big mess for fall clean up so I'll have to say Evergreen trees, at least in winter you have some color lol WDYP...Guinea pigs or Ferrets (yorkie delights lol) |
I would have said ferrets once but I am such a wuss these days that my skeptical nervousness comes out with some of the stories you hear...guinea pigs seem so cute and fat and safe, so guinea pigs it is! I like evergreens better too but the display of a deciduous is a beautiful thing to see. We have plenty of both around here. Wdyp: scrabble or checkers? |

Mine is fall but I am really having a good time enjoying this spring that seems to have spring around here right now! All of the flowering trees are in bloom and the daffodils and crocuses have come up, the hyacinth, tulips and irises are growing up and will be blooming soon...I spent hours in the garden today! Lace curtains! I am looking at mine right now :) I adore lace curtains, mine were my grandmothers. Wdyp: smooth blankets or fuzzy blankets? |
