Teri, I see you posted me in all my ugliness! S'allright. My dog loves me and that's what counts. Well, my daughter loves me too. LOL:p
OK guys I have to go on a huge fast diet to get some weight off before my surgery. Which of the millions of diets out there shall I try?

Well, one is in September and the other is whenever I decide to have it - I want to lose some weight first so the recovery will be easier.

Well, there's the seefood diet... you see food and eat it. :D

Another is called eating less. I've tried it... it works. :lol tearsJust eat smaller portions and if you're into sweets, cut back on those. Use that bike you have - it's better than no exercise at all!!!! How helpful have I been??? :)

About as helpful as Vicky!:thumbdown I do use that bike every morning and almost every evening. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to walk at all!

Ho hum. Maybe I'll do the Atkins again. It worked last time until I went on that nasty prednisone. Shouldn't call it nasty - it keeps me movin'.
Maybe South Beach. I hear it's alot like Atkins except you can have fruit.

Ok, another diet... you could try fruit/vegetable juices and/or Slimfast shakes for two meals a day and then have a sensible dinner. You may need to find a new home for that fudge.... :rolleyes:

Well, I'm GOING to change Myla's name and I'm going to quit asking people what they think cause then I get 50 million answers and just get confused. I'm going to pick one and if you guys don't like it...... :p How do you like those beans????

Beans? Well, I like green beans and snap peas, black beans and garbanzo beans, and navy beans for soup.

So just go ahead and name her then. Personally I like Sammi.
