Post #1307:sidesplt: :sidesplt: OH, I hope you get better soon! You have meds?:getwell: :getwell: |
Yep, I have meds and they make my stomach feel icky. I have asthma and got a sinus infection in December that we couldn't get cleared up, the drainage and coughing evidently caused an infection in my lungs. S0....but at least it doesn't hurt! That's good. Usually your chest hurts alot when you get the Pneum thing. Wanna hear a cute little story? |

:D Well, it's just about my Toy Poodle and Tinkerbelle. Indy was 17 and he died Christmas Eve so I've been missing him somethng fierce. A couple of days ago, I was sitting in the living room crying over him and Tink brought me his favorite pink ball and put it in my hand. She has never wanted to play with any of his things. She just hoards them in her crate. It was so sweet. So we played with it for awhile and then she put it back in her crate. This morning I was taking out the trash and emptied the bedroom one which never gets used much and there at the bottom was a bully stick I had given Indy the week of Christmas. He never ate them, he just hid them all over the house - usually in the laundry basket.;) So of course I started crying and gave the stick to tink. she took it to her crate and put it with Indy's toys and brought the pink ball to me. She didn't even chew onthe bully stick! Isn't that just precious? Bless her little tiny heart. So that's my story. |

1 Attachment(s) Awwww, I am so sorry........your loss is still fresh! Sounds like more than just YOU is missing Indy! Sounds like Tink does too! Dogs are a lot smarter than I think most people give them credit it for. That was a very sweet and touching story......well worth waiting for. I lost my best friend ever 04-30-04 and I had a very hard time with her loss. I cried looking at her pictures for months on end. My hubby was really getting worried about me. She was an only child and she had seen me through some of the worst times of my life! So believe me when I tell you, I FEEL YOUR PAIN!!! It took me nine months to even "THINK" about getting another dog and as you can see in my avatar.......we got two!! They are the sweetest little kids too..........but my Kelsey will forever have a spot in my heart. I've attached a picture of her. She was a mutt......1/2 of something which I do not have a clue was and the other 1/2 was a miniature Austrailian shepherd! |
