It's fading but still there's a faint stench.

Sounds like you need to dress Winston up as a skunk for halloween now,lol!!

Yea, I know what cha mean. I love a tiny too, but it MUST be healthy first and foremost. Winston's a little chunky, but I still love him with all my heart. He's between 7.5 and 8 pounds now.

Cute...real cute. I'll have to give that some thought...if he'd have gotten sprayed by the dang thing...he would already smell like one. All I'd have to do is paint the white stripe on him!!!

Robbie is really small from Victoria and Bowies litter, we est. his weight to be 4 lbs. or under so far. Winston is a nice size boy!

We used to have a lot of trouble with skunks around here. Even with all the windows and doors shut, you could still smell the stinky things.

I just cringe when they pick them up and do that with my babies.:mad: It does help me find the right homes for my babies alot by watching how they treat them here.

Perfect that way Kathy doesn't have to paint him,lol! We wouldnt want her to accidently bring the skunk in the house and leave Winston outside by mistaken identity,lol.

Of course I can I know that silly,lol.
It is hard to see them go but I have a 3 page questionaire for them to fill out first, then they have to get past me. I have to say so far most of our babies have wonderful homes locally, we have only shipped a few of them to other places.

LOL. I would make a horrid breeder cause there would be hardly anyone good enough for my babies. I'd end up with a houseful of pups to keep! :D

Do you have people get angry at you when you tell them no?

If and when? I'm thinking yes and soon.:) Winston might be less likely to fraternize with skunks if he had a sibling to play with.

If you keep them then your no-longer a breeder and have become a hoarder. I have kept 2 girls from previous litters only so far.

Oh yeah - I have been hung up on ,had a lady offer me triple my asking price, and been cussed at when I tell then I can't place one of my baabies in their home. I figure its just part of doing the right thing for my babies, I'm their voice and its my responsibility to make sure they find proper homes where they will be treated like they have grown accustomed to since birth(being spoiled).

Well so far 2 of the 5 have homes already and possibly 1 more will be finding his home next week after his new mommie sees him. So really we will only have 2 boys left looking for their homes- Robbie the smallest and Garth the biggest one.

Silky coats are much easier to deal with thats for sure. It's not to much to ask for at all.

We have 2 litters totaling 5 puppies 4 of them boys. I love my boys too!! Well I love them all but my boys are Momma's boys.
