Ok, here is what happened last Saturday.
After I got off online I got a call from my boss and asked me if I was going to go. She knew I didn't want to go, but she didn't either. She told me not to back out on her. Since there were people from the other districts in Houston, so we agreed in meeting there. The tickets had the time as 3:45 p.m. so we headed Downtown around 2, we toook the light train and we got to the rodeo around 3:30. I had called my boss to tell her that we were on our way to the rodeo. She didn't answer. Once there I called her again and again no answer. We went in to the suite. It was a nice and fancy suite they had servers and food and open bar. Once there nobody said hello to us or greet us or introduce themselves, which kinda sucked, but I took the iniciative and introduce myself and my husband to all those strangers, there were not friendly and everybody was on their cell phones. We sat there for a few minutes and hubby asked me what time was the concert and told him I didn't know so he someone heard that and told us that it was going to start at 8 pm and it was only 5 by then. Called my boss and nobody answered and me not knowing anyone there I didn't feel comfortable even when I had introduce myself and trying to male small talk, so at 5:30 I asked my husband is he wawnted to go somewhere else,and headed out and we decided to go back home. Neither one of us like crowded places and that rodeo was a zoo you can't even walk because there are people everywhere on their cell phones walking slow and blocking the streets b/c ther are so many people! I asked hubby if he was sure he wanted to leave he told me that it was ok with him.
I called my boss again to see if maybe she had made it to the rodeo, nobody answer that pissed me off, she calls me in the morning to tell me not to back out and she didn't even showed off or called me to let me know she wasn't going, then those hostile people, not nice or freindly at all, the concert not satrting till 8 that later I found out it started at 6, so we missed it for 30 minutes. Then we get home and hubby tells me that he wished we had stayed at least to walk around the stadium and see what was going on around there, that oissed me off too b/c I asked him not once, not twice not three times ,b ut several times if he wanted to stay and he replied no, I don't want to stay. Minutes after we finish that conversation my boss calls to apologize because he took a nap and she didn't get up until that time which was around 7 and she didn't heard the phone either. I told her that next time not to call me to tell me to show up to a place were we both have to be present if she is not going to show up. Then I posted once in YT and when I tried to post again the server was down arrrghhh what a day!
