You're talking to the girl with the cream carpets throughout her appartment and an indoor toilet trained Yorkie! Don't talk to me about white and stains - I'm not scared... I'm good at keeping things white!

I'm gonna put some colour on the wall in the nursery though... it won't be clinical white!

I'm so glad to hear that. Once I'd posted about my list and submitted it I thought maybe people might think I was weird and going over the top! Lol. I just like to be prepared and I did the same when I got Gypsy and each week I make a list on a Sunday night of what I have to do each week and then one day a week I do a huge clean of the whole appartment and I have a list for that too! :rolleyes: Maybe I need to see a doctor... :(

I'm awful at keeping things stain free. Whats your secret,lol??
I swear I can wear a brand new shirt to eat and come home with a stain and not even know how I got it,lol!!

I just wish I could be that organized ;( Not me I need to Hire a person to do it for me.

Ha, I'll never tell! :p When I lived with my ex fiance, (who was a car/truck mechanic btw so was ALWAYS oily!), I had 6 cats, 5 were indoor only cats, 2 gerbils, tropical fish, a newt, an indoor ginuea pig, 2 indoor rabbits, 4 outdoor rabbits that were my breeding stock, a border collie that LOVED to dig and a partner who was always flidding with an engine and STILL managed to have light coloured carpets, walls and furniture! But it's a secret! ;)

I make lists all the time, so if you need a DR. so do I,lol!!! I thought I was the list queen, but I guess you and I are a close tie, hahaha!!

I'm never telling! lol. Let's say my cleaning routine is as borderline OCD as my list making! lmao

Oh yeah, I do the exact same thing with clothes too! lol If I eat at home I put a teatowel across my chest! My BF says I need to start wearing a bib! lol

I didn't use to be... it was actually my ex's best friend who first got me into the idea of making lists, he used to work 12 hour shifts and every 43 days would get 18 days off and he used to make a list for all the things he had to do on his 18 days off... I thought it was an excellent idea when I'm so forgotful! I use my phone alot to remind me to do things and the reminder on my laptop. I can't do lists on paper though... that doesn't work... technology has to remind me of things!

I put my money on saying Yes she will be able to clean it out of carpet. I think anyone who willingly admits they are borderline OCD can get a stain out of anything if they work hard enough at it,lol!!

Uhmmmm I say Nope just incase any Dr's are reading this,lol!!! I would hate to have someone with a straight jacket show up at my door or yours.

I use paper lists though, cause if its not in front of me i forget to do it,lol!

HA, it will... you'll see! I've done just great with cream carpets and an untoilet trained Yorkie pup!:D

I don't think the pregnant belly and straight jacket look is in this season... :rolleyes:

You can get some great programs for PCs to store things and remind you but most phones have a calender with a reminder on them. The Nokia calender is excellent... that controls my life!

I have the sanyo katana and it has a great one I do use it but not like I should.

Well as tempting as it is to drag my pregant ass a quatter of the way around the globe to clean your carpets.... I'll give it a miss! lol

I would suggest investing in a good carpet cleaner though that heats the water for you. Industrial ones are worth hiring once in a while too. Get marks and spots up ASAP when you notice them. Make sure to blend in your clean patch with the rest of the carpet too otherwise it'll show worse than a stain. I also recommend getting hold of a book by Kim and Aggie who do How Clean Is Your House. I believe they do the show in the US now too. They have some AMAZING tips on marks, stains and alsorts. I regularly use a powder based de-ordouriser on my carpets throughout the appartment too, (probably once a week but you have to keep it away from pets while it's down) and that reduced the amount of potty accidents from Gypsy too and also kills mites and stuff in the carpet.
