oh that is so mean.... it makes me so hungry.. i haven't had pecan pie for AGES!!!

does tink get any probiotics? that helps my dogs a lot. i buy mine at my wonderful vet's but they sell it all over the place. if you use it, just be sure it's the kind that has to be refrigerated after opening.

also, when they have tummy/intestinal troubles i give them slippery elm bark powder on their food. it really helps. it's natural and and there are no side effects that i know of. i got some at the local health section in the grocery. well, they ordered it for me. it was recommended to me by many dog people and the vet says it's good, too.:)

Awwww, poor Tink! I haven't been around in ages and the first thing I did today when I logged on was look for news of Susie and Tink.

Tink had her first normal poo in two weeks today! Yay - finally.:D I gave her a little kibble with her chicken and rice today. She's feeling much better. :)

Slowly and laboriously my carpet is looking better too. I was afraid it was ruined but I think it might be saved eventually.:)

Today Tink made friends with a great big bull dog. It's huge but so sweet. :) I can't remember it's name but it's a girl and she just loves Tink - thank goodness. She doesn't realize that she can't jump on Tink - and it doesn't seem fair cause Tink jumps on her!:p We'll get it figured out sometime soon.;)

Yesterday my daughter received her Masters of Music with High Honors from UT Austin. I am so proud of her. :luvu:

She is going to teach. I think she's interested in middle school aged children. We'll have to see what comes along.

What an accomplishment for your daughter Susie...congratulations! You have every right to be proud of her :) My neice teaches music but I'm not sure what grades she teaches. Don't you love it when your kids do well?!

Hello thread

Well, as the Thread Mom...let me see if I can help you.

The night I made the original post I was feeling a bit neglected on YT...it seemed that everytime I started a new thread or even posted to a thread it would simply die and no one wanted to talk to me. So, I apologized to everyone for killing their threads and went to spend some quality time with my dogs instead of YT. When I got online the next day there were several posts to my 'Thread Killer' thread and it seemed like everyone wanted to be the ultimate YT Thread Killer...and so it began.....

Since then our little big thread has gone through good times, bad times, emotional times, happy and sad times with it's members...some have become good friends and we've talked about a lot of different things...we've shared pecan pie and coffee...held each other up through hard times and enjoyed every minute of it. :2photo:

What the heck...was that lightening? I thought I saw a flash of light...oh well...

So, pull up that keyboard and join in YT's 'littlest, big thread'...the Thread Killer thread...because there's always room for just one more post!
