My wing is killing me tonight. Too long at the computer at work today I think. I should go heat up My rice sock and see if it helps.

yes I had to take a muscle relaxer earlier I had a spasm going on.

I bought a recumbant stationary bike on sale Tuesday. I need somethng to help get the strength back in my legs from some health problems. it's getting a little scary for me to walk so the doctor recommended this. I'm willing to try anything 'cause I am trying really hard to stay out of a wheel chair.

I head that. Two inches tomorrow and then more on Saturday. But I don't think it will be a blizzard when it comes to us. We are supposed to get quite a bit of snow though. Weird. Finally it warms up to the 30s and then we can't do anythng cause it snows to beat the band!

aww Yes I understand. I hope it works for you. water arobics might help too. Shoot I have a really nice one sitting out in my garage I don't have room in the house for it.

we got to 55 yesterday. it is to thunderstorm on saturday and then turn to snow and get 6-12 inches with wind to mix it up:thumbdown :thumbdown :thumbdown

Yp, same thing here. Curse by the time it finally makes it over here, they will have changed the sotry 6 or 7 times. LOL:p

well I know you have Great clips there. My owner used to own the shops there too. they are open 7 days a week 10-4 on Sunday.

As I say they are slave divers some days I feel like it is a factory and we are just putting out hair cuts on a assembly line.
I really don't work the weekends but I have been for about3 months worked on sundays to help with saving up for when I have to have surgery.

my shoulder ac joint arther is in it big time and it is a 6 week recovery.
