Just got back from getting recital tickets. We were #13 on line. People who got there around 4am were # 169. It was a crappy night, rained until about 3:30. Gina- it will be a hot hot one here today too

DS is coming over- wants me to cook dinner for him and DIL- he is in grad school- we gave them a car as a wedding present/college grad present. They proceded to go to a ranch in the Texas Hill country in it. It is a 2001 VW Beetle. Now guess what -- NOW they know you mustn't take a Beetle to a ranch- coming over so DH can fix the under carriage where they pulled off the cover plate that protects the oil pan and transmission. GEEZ- they both have college degrees.

Yea, just a plain old dance recital. It has become a joke about parking lot camping. Yes I think I need my head examined. You really can't get a bad seat in the place and it doesn't sell out. The nuts at the front (yes me) have been doing this for years. I really don't know how it started. We use to get there around 4 becuase they didn't hand out numbers and you waited in line all day. then people decided they were going to beat the first people, we just started showing up earlier and earlier. Now we camp..

You all have a good sunday. I am doing nothing but resting.

Well If you all have fun doing it, I guess it's worth it.:D :D :D

People here are nuts, The day after Thanksgiving they line up at Midnight, stay in the parking lot just to be the first ones to get the free Waterball give away.:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: I know sometimes they have special deals, but come on, up all night to save 10 bucks, not me.
I'd be too tired to shop!:p :p :p

iPODS are highly addictive electronic music machines that will cause your children to never hear anything you say again! And at a buck a song to download music, that 1,000 sound capacity takes on a whole new meaning! Sell it on ebay now, while you have a chance!

Kevin got one for his birthday, absolutly loved it! It was stolen 3 weeks later at school. I got my kid back, but he isn't as happy as he used to be:)

Congratulations, I'm not surprised that they walked away with everything they are so cute!

Oh I love my iPod Nano that I got for Christmas and the trick is not to download the music from iTunes but to just download all of your current CD's to your computer and upload them to your iPod. All in All we had well over 2000 cd's and now they are all on our computer and we made some room on our CD rack to buy some new ones. I am going to keep this iPod I won and sell the one I got for Christmas on ebay because the one that I won yesterday is better and holds more music.
