I love my family but I'm so glad I live on my own now. When I lived at home with my mom and the kids, everyone stayed sick because we just kept reinfecting each other. Now I can get sick once and then just be done with it.

Worse than dying....a puking three year old. One time my daughter was sick...she was old enough to know...she should go in the bathroom to throw up...the bad part...she was too slow getting there. I distinctly remember cleaning up vomit in 3 rooms plus the hallway....gagging the entire time.

I got her a bucket...here...don't move...throw up in this.

LOL! My mom's house has an ugly green bowl specifically called "the throw up bowl". These are the kind of things that make me think I don't want to have children.

Ewwwww....I take it this is that bowl's only function?

I never ever got used to cleaning up vomit...fortunately mine only had like 2 stomach viruses...

Heck I can't even clean up dog or cat puke.

Know what? Just thinking about warm vomit is making me feel queasy.

Yep! That is the bowl's only function and it gets cloroxed regularly.

They do! Little kids are ALWAYS sick.

I think it depends on the family....C was never a little typhoid mary. My SIL's family is the sickest family ever. If one was sick...they were all sick.

Is it safe to come back in here? All done talking about barf? I DID it all last week, don't even want to THINK about it now.

Anyone else started playing Christmas music yet? We even have a radio station that is already only playing it! I LOVE the holidays.

I got my hair did last night :rolleyes: and she works out of her home. She had all her Christmas decorations up and had the radio on a station that was playing Christmas music :eek:
