Hmmmm, I would consider 1,000 bucks tops, but far more comfortable with the $800 range for a yorkie. Geez Deb, I copied that from the favorites game. You got Ramsey for that range? I need to take a road trip for my next one! Bandit was ON SALE for $1800. (Of course he was a pet shop purchase, didn't know any better) But even Tucker, who I love with all of my heart, but is so not a standard yorkie in any way, shape or form, was $895 from a hobby breeder! |
I paid $600 for Bonnie! |
Yeah, if I ever talk hubby in to that baby girl we'll drive south! I can't believe how much cheaper they are down there. WHY??? |

Well then if the cost of living is cheaper in the south....drive through Virginia. The average price of yorkies listed in our papers is $1,000 - 2,500. The ones that are listed at under $1000. sell very quickly. I'll tell ya when I first asked Regan how much she was asking....I was thinking...oh, please don't say $1,200. I loved Trace very much. He was definitely my influence into paying more than I ever thought I would for a dog. Good thing, God, knew I didn't wanna spend 1200 bucks on Ramsey. ;) Ramsey was $850. |

I am presently waiting very patiently for the paperwork for Ramsey's AKC papers. |
Teri...this is where I got Bonnie from. She only has males available now. You should put your name on the notification list to find out when she has any girl babies!! You know you need one...and at less than 1/2 the price you paid for Bandit...how can your husband say no :D http://www.dogwoodyorkies.com/ |

Went to HD and picked up paint...was almost creamed by a handicapped driver who was gonna back INTO me. Their handicap is neck rigor mortis....the inability to turn one's head. It's a disease suffered by grandmothers....I do not feel guilty by telling you this. My grandmother suffered from neck rigor mortis and cantseecrapitis.....definitely a handicap if you are behind the wheel. One time my grandmother RAN OVER the GAS PUMP at the gas station....completely ran over it. The owner was a customer of ours...knew who she was...calls me and says....your grandma was just here getting gas. And I'm thinking....hmmmm, ok. Then he says...she took the pump with her. Another time she ran into another old lady in the grocery store parking lot. Get there...both of them are crying....grandma is crying because no one believes it was the other ladies fault...and the second lady because grandma said the second caused the accident. Once rearended a guy at a traffic light...going 45. Grandma said he backed into her. |
