Ok so I am so excited and have to share!! My best friend in England called me yesterday and asked me what I was doing on July 8th. I was like, WTH? She's getting married, to a guy she just met in January. Steph has never been one to be subtle with anything, she joined the Air Force on a whim, and chose England as her station when she had never ever spent a day away from her mother. She got married the first time after knowing the guy 4 months so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Well she's getting married in Houston, TX and I'm going. Me, alone, no kids no hubby just me and the great big city of Houston Texas. I am so excited. I just bought my plane ticket, hotel and rental car. Also, to make it even better my very very very best friend who now lives in Jacksonville, FL is coming too! The three of us went to HS together and have all gone our seperate ways but still keep in touch once a week, every Sunday morning we have a 3-way calling converstation that can sometimes last for HOURS!!

I made a post that I was coming to Houston / Humble Texas and I'd even bring Morgan and Bailey with me to visit if anyone wanted to have a quick meetup but no one responded to my thread so I am guessing no one lives close enough.

Oh well.

hola everyone!!!

dont know if anyone noticed, but i was gone this weekend and im back! i went to bimini, and it was a lottttt of fun! we got back like 2 hours ago and i've been showering and unpacking and i decided to pop in before i went to bed, because YES i am soooo tired, and not to mention i have school tomorrow too :( well, im off to bed, so night ladies!

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! The Sr. Dinner went great Friday night...I almost couldn't talk I was so choked up, and I really didn't think I would have a problem!! My ds loved his gift...I've lost count of how many times he told us Thank You this weekend! Yesterday was Sr recognition at Church...they wore their cap & gowns...then we went out to eat with friends of ours whose daughter is also graduating...all in all a good weekend! :thumbup: My oldest is coming home today :yay_jump: We all can't wait to see him...my middle son asked when is he coming home about 15 times this weekend!! Now...I've just got to get through today worrying about him being on the road for 9 hours (need a chewing nails nervous smiley here)!:car:
