The forecasted 2-4 inches of snow turned into 7 1/2 inches, my dumb A$$ neighbor that I don't speak to has 3 extensions ladders to close to the shed where I store the snow blower, now I can't get the blower out which means tomorrow I have to shovel, and the %$#% snow plow has made 8 passes so far which means compacted driveway. Monday the HOA will get more then an earful. Who said the American dream is to own your own home :mad: |

How strange is that All the snow south of Illinois!! We had some significant snow 4 years ago in December. We’ve not had much here since then |
Since moving to Pa. in 2002 I have never seen so much snow in my entire like, I am formally from NY, the Bronx, we would get 4 / 5 inches once in a blue moon lol. |
We used to get snow here Guess that’s the blessing in this changing climate. That said, we are 9 inches below normal in rain since June. After seeing all the fire out west, I’m thankful, there isn’t the forests here in the middle of Illinois like California |
And we had a LOT of rain all summer. |

Summer is a long ways off I’m either going to take a winter vacation in Dallas or Tucson in March to shake off winter. I got concert tickets in January and early March so, I’m scheduling any trips around that. Might do Arizona, Texas and a trip to Virginia Beach as well this year |
lol can't enjoy shoveling 60 x 100 driveway plus 52 x 16 foot deck in 29 degree temps, but do enjoy soaking my aching back in a hot bath tub. Beautiful to look at tho :) nuttin wrong with hot summer days, I LOVE summer no matter how hot it is. We had a late start with summer, I had the heat on till 3rd week in June. Only one day all summer the temp reached 85, lousy summer. |
