Sound good to me...when should I expect the both of you?? Just so I know to stock up on the white tea and scones. BTW Devonshire cream for the scones? What kind of jam/jelly? :D I love entertaining, especially British style....tea cups or is a mug ok? Got a 10 cup Brown Betty..dying to use it!

I want a new mattress with weatherizing the house this foam memory whatevet freaking hot mattress is soooii annoying!

Derik and I cannot agree on a new one...I'm thinking twin beds lol!

Ironically I have 4 pillowsa and none are working for me either!


a tempurpedic the original wedge one like 7 years old, a stay cool coil memory foam one a down alternative body pillow and a ridiculous expensive natural hemp and buckwheat one...they all stink for differing reasons.

We better get free pillows that don't suck with a new matress...or so I'm hoping....when we can agree on one that is. LoL

Oh... it has to be tea cups. I don't often see brown betty tea pots here:cool:I think the cream would be great (I am now munching on a cranberry and orange scone.. yum!)

Now when you and Betty come here I will serve iced tea (some call it sweet tea) and cinnamon roles.. or maybe it should be cafe with pastries lol do you like guava ? It is dependent on if I am going back to southern roots or miami roots lol

me to, sometimes i wake up with my hair wet...but i love the wedge pillow i wonder if there are others that are not so hot

I cant stand this sliding glass door anymore!

It was put in backwads si we cant have the locking bar inside.
the door itself upside down so the handle was too high.
It is original sticky 1970 single pain pane in thin metal.
The handle snapped off because of the hot cold change and we can't just change out the door to the new vinyl dog door in the door because the frame is too thin...we can't just take out the frame because they didnt set it on a wood frame some genius put it right in the cement foundation.

So in order to cgange the door we have to change the frame which means having a foundation crew jack ip the house cut out the corner of the foundation and redo it...oh and new construction code applies to such remodels we have to rebuild the entire side of the house!

I want a construction fairy with a magic wand. Ugh.

To stop this cough from a cold that's more than 2 weeks old now ugh, my mom keeps saying I have bronchitis or 'walkinga pneumonia' she's like you can die from that you need to be in the hospital...
her neurotic hypochondria is sooo not helpful atm.

I need some homeopathic cough drops for me and a vallium to slip my mom (awful joke half serious)

She is right. Take care of yourself! If you start getting worse, don't even call the doctor, just go to the E.R. for a chest x-ray, some tests. Rest all you can and take care. Hugs.

Go to the dr. Gets mom off your back( got one too lol) and if it is just a cold it will quiet the cold and her ;). I hope you feel better soon. I love the slipper elm cough drops. Have you tried them?

I'll ask Derik to stop at Moonrise and check those out.

Dr said to steam shower and cough it out, its going around pretty bad right now.
Being pregnant abd nursing really limits what I can take and what I'll risk taking, kinda stinks.

Seriously my mom is a lil bit alot of an alarmists...she heard on the news about a confirned case of west nile in thethe Bay Area and thinks I need to look up the symptoms to be sure if so call my Dr incase I somehow got wesnile.

I'd at least be contemplating whooping cough if well stressing lol.

Some people shouldn't watch the news. I'm trying to be nice but she stresses everyone out with her attempts at caring.
