Hard boiled egg yolks. Yuck

The whites are good and I like some deviled eggs but that's it.

I also hate hard boiled egg yolks, but I love them soft boiled and can eat them if medium boiled also. But when they are boiled so long the outside turns gray, yuck!

Is it wrong that I hate cooks that would destroy a perfect food like a boiled egg..... LOL I've never seen a gray egg.... LOL

Interesting, I don't eat the whites, just the yellow middles - not if they are gray though!

Really? Why don't you eat the whites? I have been debating, ok arguing with bf over which part of the egg has the protein. I say it's the yolk, he says the white. I have heard a recent study that the yolks help battle depression and that it doesn't have as much cholesterol as previously thought. I like the yolks better, but I like the whites too.

Both parts have protein, but the whites have 1g more.

Personally I think you should eat the entire egg, the yolks contain a lot of good nutrition and fat helps you feel full longer.

I prefer scrambled eggs, 1-2 eggs with 2 additional whites.
I usually eat yolks, just not hard boiled, they're so dry and gross.

HA! So all that time he was wasting those yolks he could have been getting some more protein. I was not entirely right, but he was wrong and that's what counts! LOL JK.

lol I LOVE egg salad and hard boild egg sandwhiches (with lots of mayo)

the outside of the york turn green or gray when over cooked. I think thats what gives the lovely smell lol

I don't really know why, except when they are runny, then, it's a texture thing, but even hard boiled, I just don't like the white part. Too blah I guess. But, if they are scrambled, then I can eat the whole thing.

I hate spaghetti. Absolutely hate it, when my family eats it I eat bread and meatballs (separately because I also hate meatball sandwiches).

I don't really care for mac and cheese or spaghetti, and it's bc people always overcook it. I love pasta, but if it's al dente! I hate it when it's mush. Now if I were to make it myself, I'm sure I would make it how I like, but if I cook, I am going to cook something healthy, not carbs drenched in fat.

I hate expensive cheese and cheap beer, and cannot understand how anyone can like liquor. Expensive cheese tastes like Cookie crawled over my mouth and squatted, cheap beer is like water that makes you fat, and all liquor might as well be paint thinner to me, whether it's an $8 bottle or an $80 bottle.

Very wrong IMO. The only seafood I like better than mussels is dungeness crab and hunter's point oysters.

OMG I LOVE dungeness crab! Every once in a while the Korean market I go to has them live for $5.99/lb!
