I take it you've got four wheel drive |
Nope, front only, I don't drive in snow, to many cowboys out there. If snow is foretasted and I have an appt. I cancel it lol.:) |
Same here They do a good job of cleaning the roads though. But I don't have to go any where for any reason especially when there is bad weather. I've never been out to Pennsylvania. I want to drive through part of it this summer should I go to Newport news this 4th of July . Trying to determine where interstate 70 goes through the state |

New Port News is in Virginia. I am formally from NYC, camped in Pennsylvania for several years before buying a summer home then moved here permanently 15 years ago. Pennsylvania is a beautiful state, lots of farms. I live in a tourist attraction town, lots of honeymoon hotels, skiing lodges, water slide parks. Lots of New Yorkers and New Jersey tourist. All year round town is a hub bub of traffic on weekends. Thankfully I live on a mountain away from the hussel and bussel of traffic and tourist lol. Weekend worriers are a nuisance lol. Have you checked a map for Rte 70. Would you be coming by car or bike. |
Driving out. I should look at a map bigger then my notebook for a little better view. These iPhones tend to spoil us by plotting a point and going. Actually, the phone and google has me going on interstate 64 thru the southern part of Il. , Indiana, Ky, W. Va. and Va. I was hoping if, I took the northern Rt. It might be a flatter drive and I've never been thru Oh. Or Pennsylvania or Maryland |

I was looking to catch 1-95 S from there |
Ok lol before you wrote interstate 70 lemme take a look lol |
70 has to be a flatter drive then 64. 64 is a scenic drive though. The blue ridge mountains is breathtaking |
Looks like I 95 brings you to Philadelphia area. A metropolitan city like NYC. |
