I confess that I have not heard that news. But, how awful. Did it just collapse? Had the engineers from Kentucky inspected it lately?

The news said a big boat ran into one of the bridge piers and the middle section fell into the water but some of it went on the boat where 20 people were aboard
leaving each end of the bridge intact..

This is about 15 miles from where i live on Lake Barkley..:eek: i travel that bridge every week..it was very foggy last night so they might not have seen the bridge

Both bridges were to be replaced in the next 2 years

I confess that sounds like it is a miracle no one was killed:eek: Could you imagine driving in the dark and getting to the middle of the bridge and it is gone!!

I have a fear of crossing bridges, i think i would have had an attack of some kind

i was told that there was 4 cars on the bridge but none in the middle section that fell

I confess I have had a recurring dream for as long as I can remember ....I am driving and all of a sudden my car is in the middle of raging water and bridges scare the crap out of me. Wonder what that dream means:confused: I have always wondered:cool:
