I confess that you should GO! I lived 2 hours from there and would go to shop/eat/tour with family and friends at least 1 weekend a month!

Does "In Store Only" mean they can't order it? That's what I would think :confused:

I agree, "In Store Only" means you cannot order it online.

I confess ... I am disliking David's Bridal all the more.

We are all 4 wrong (counting my oldest daughter). Which makes me feel better since Davids Bridal told me I am the first one to complain about that, they have never had anyone confused by it before.

It means it has to be ordered by them only in their store only.

Nowhere does it say order. If you see the dress it says "IN STORE ONLY". She said I didn't click on the dress. I did and it gives a description of the dress No word of ordering. She says I didn't click on the word store with the astrisk by it. I did all it does is give me a store locator. Still now word "Order" or to "Ordering In Store".

The dress takes 12 weeks to order, so my 11 yr old grand daughter who was to be Jr Bridesmaid now will not have a dress by the wedding day Oct 2nd. All because Grandma thought IN STORE meant I could buy it in store, especially since I was already at my local store and saw one. That's how we chose the dress, I thought they were in stock, the sales lady that day said nothing about ordering. But then how could she? She walked off and left me standing in the store and never came back.:mad:

I confess I would be :( and :eek: as well as :mad: and :confused:!! What will you do now? Do you know anyone who could make her a dress??

No. We are in a scramble. Davids Bridal has such a crappy attitude it's like oh well, not our problem you got confused, nobody else does. I don't believe that for a second. No wonder they have pages of complaints online. I have contacted the home office and the BBB. We decided not to use them for this wedding since they screwed up the last one so bad. Then thought they could at least handle one dress but NO! We will find a dress it just may not be what we wanted, or really match the other girls, but she will have a dress and be in the wedding. Just more stress I didn't need this week. The lock on the washer door broke, I bought a new Keurig coffee maker that didn't work, and I broke a toe night before last.

I confess I am glad this week is OVER!!!!!!:tongue4:

I confess I don't shave mine near enough any time of the year. They get to looking like my grandma's legs (they'd get really long and then she'd put hose on over them and they'd curl . . . yuck!) then I shave. I wear long pants all of the time and when I go to church, my skirt is long, so why do I care.

Thanks for the offer. DB said they can get the dress to me in 6 weeks so I went to the store and ordered right away, it will be the colors we wanted only reversed. Instead of a Latte dress with chocolate sash it will be a chocolate dress with Latte sash. She won\'t exactly match her mom who is the Maid of Honor and with her coloring there won\'t be alot of contast between her hair etc and the dress, but at this point who cares. Don\'t know why the color combo we wanted would take 12 weeks and the color combo they chose would only take 6. Either way they got my money and the dress better show up when they promised. They have offered no compensation for this nightmare whatsoever. :(
