Poor girl must have been thinking..wt heck??? The vet that did her spay couldn't tell that she was opened up before?

No Raggs has not been modified as yet he is a month younger and will be done next month.

He is not a happy chap right now as he sits with his nose pressed up against the cage looking at Ruby and wimpering.

I am happy to report that I took your advice, got up and rubbed my buns with both hands to warm them up.

The "Love Birds" meet on Joan's knee for a morning cuddle with kisses all round.

I have to admit to a little concern as Ruby has not had a pee and showing no signs of wanting one. She only had one pee after her modification yesterday. Does anyone know if this is normal :(?????

hmmm...to me that doesn't sound well. Has she been drinking and eating yet? I would think like with any female that has had surgery, peeing is an important part of recovery. Check with her Vet.

She had something to eat this morning and we had to take her plate away because I am sure she would have eaten that as well if we left it there.

We did offer her more but this was refused.

She then had a long drink and I have to say, I have never seen her drink like that before she really did gulp it down.

If she has not done her duty in the next hour then it is a talk with the vet as you suggest. Thank you.

No. 3 of us looked at that belly. There was no scar. Vet said that no blood test of sonogram or x ray would have been able to tell us. On;y way was to open her up :(

It must have been a terrible situation. I would think you yourself felt bad about it as well.Poor little thing I hope she is OK and didnt suffer too much.

My little girl is on the mend now she is out of her cage but sitting on my chair on a cushion refusing to play with poor little Raggs who is still confused.

Ruby is now doing that which comes naturally and is eating like there is no tomorrow.
