My living conditions since 2013 has been the Hatfield and McCoys, This April to July I had the state troupers here 3 times a week because he was stealing my lawn ornaments, threw a dozen eggs on my deck, thank GOD it rained that day, he broke off my CB antenna from my truck, damaged the front of my car making it look like I bumped into those cement blocks they have in parking lots. Where I go with my car they don't have them and if they did I have a low profile car and would never get that close to one. I could go on and on of what this A$$ has done to and stolen from my property. I am dying to have a face off with him.

That's ok, Karma is soon to come. I don't like to live this way but, I DON'T back down from anyone and will NOT be bullied.
Bad thing is, I was looking to buy a Camaro, any new car / any car is now out.

Thanks for the thought.
I looked into net gear video cameras, when no motion the camera goes into sleep mode, when motion is detected it takes 10 seconds for the camera to start recording. In that 10 seconds the damage has been done, so capturing him in the act on video is out.

Ever consider a fence

HOA does not allow fencing in front of homes, I have a 4 foot high fence in the back, but have 3 gated arbors, he messes with the back also. The back of my house is all wooded, no neighbors behind me, so he can do what he wants and no one sees him, and he does 85% at night after every one is asleep, he's on workmen's comp. so he has no 9 to 5 to go to. The damage he did to my car was during the day while I was away from the house, close neighbors work so a quick walk across my driveway and a fast whack at my car is all it takes. If the net gear cameras taped faster, I would need 6 cameras 3 for back, 3 for front, with 2 base stations, that's over $2000.I would invest just to catch him in the act, but the cameras are to slow to react.

Gezzzzz lol, I don't know if I wanna start with them, I have enough going on with the idiot next door, I am sending one more letter about the ladders, I'll give them 5 days to react, then I will throw them onto his property. HOA has not responded to me regarding any of the letters pertaining to these ladders.
