Back to winter tonight :( Screwy weather everything is greening up and now we got snow and cold for the next week |
The flowers in front of our house are very confused. Some have already sprouted and now we are going to have temps down to 10 degrees this week. 70 degrees in the middle of February and 10 degrees in March. Go figure. |

We had one of the worst wind storms this area has ever seen yesterday. More than 800,000 people lost power - the largest power outage ever for this area. There were gusts over 70 MPH and it may have been even higher but ironically the places that measure the wind speed lost power because the wind knocked it out. |

Well I woke up at 4AM to find SNOW, they're calling for 4 to 6 inches here on the mountain, one inch an hour between the hours of 5 to 9AM. I cleared part the deck for Cody, this will be an hourly "job" lol. Temps until the 16th no higher then 33 and all cloudy days,so that snow will be here for a while:( |

They pretty much called off our snow here. Probably would have melted after it hit the ground |
Temps not going above 33 until the 15th here but not much snow called for...I can live with that...I can smell spring just around the corner :) |

Just snow showers now so far we got 4 inches of snow, hope that's it as I am tired of going out every hour since 4AM clearing deck, vehicles and driveway, time for lunch and a break, now that's a win for me :) |
