Eclipse Nothing but clouds were here but saw one when I lived in the California desert (indio) it was only a partial but it was still magnificent. |
Next one is in 2024 |
April 8 2024. I had a very good view yesterday. Not a cloud in the sky during the entire eclipse. The glasses worked great. We only had about an 83% eclipse but it was still cool to look at. |
The next one will be over my area too Probably rain again lol |
They are saying Toledo OH will get the total eclipse on the next one and that is only 35 miles south of me so it should be a good one here. |

Had I known postivly I wasn't going to see the eclipse, I would have drove a couple hours south |
It was hit or miss. Toni and I were both at work. I had a beautiful clear sky for the entire time. She is about 30 miles north and it was cloudy for 80% of the time. |
I will be checking the forecast next time. I doubt I would have drove 100 miles for a 1% or 2 Even with the cloud cover it still didn't get as dark as I thought it would |
We had about 83% coverage and it was sunny. At it's peak it just seemed cloudy out. It never came near getting dark |

Was a bit disappointed. Our weather was supposed to be CLEAR got about 15 HUGE rain drops and then total clouds. Sun did not come out like it was supposed to. Won't be another total for about an 100 years! Will be several partials. |
